We are currently looking to add a B2B Sales Representative to our team. Some sales experience is desired but not necessary. We are willing to train the right person - you will be given all the training and tools needed to succeed. We are positioned to grow exponentially, giving this position unlimited earning potential. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build a thorough knowledge of our services 

  • Create new revenue streams with our extensive client base, as well as creating new revenue streams with a newly acquired client base. Additional compensation for these activities start immediately.

  • Schedule business meetings and visit potential clients on-site in order to secure new accounts by adeptly engaging and negotiating

  • Develop rapport with potential customers over the phone

  • Develop strong relationships with current clients and foster a positive company and brand image (some of the largest engineering/architectural/construction firms)

  • Business development and lead generation

Preferred but not required:

  • Compensation: Competitive base salary with all benefits to start after 3 months of employment and potential to supplement existing base salary considerably. We will train candidate for the potential to earn in excess of six figures.

  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales and/or marketing

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Ensures that the quality system enables processes yielding a high level of quality meeting customer requirements. The Quality Engineer will update and create quality processes and procedures supporting the manufacturing team. Will create and implement a system to measure and monitor performance and report findings. The Quality Engineer will lead quality improvement projects based on external and internal data using statistical and lean methodologies.

Key Accountabilities:

* Coordinates and conducts product, process, and system audits to ensure the quality system meets internal, customer, and regulatory requirements. Monitors and improves quality processes i.e. Internal Audit, Measurements System, Corrective Action Analyzes quality data using typical quality. Creates quality reports showing trends, and critical issues needing resolution Coordinates and collaborates with associates, Operations, Sales, and Procurement management on quality issues Collaborates with the team.
