COURSE CANCELLATION

To cancel the course, you need to inform the school fourteen business days before the class start day to receive a full refund. A refund of the security deposit will not be possible if the student cancels the course after fourteen days had passed. However, the student will be able to reschedule a course or apply the payment to any other course within the next six months.

In case of the cancellation of the following courses by Safety Dynamics deposit still stays non-refundable and the student has to reschedule a course again or apply to a different course.

In case of last-minute booking, students need to cancel the course that was scheduled by mistake, the student has to do so the same day, or refund will not be processed.
